This limited warranty covers defects in Yapalong products. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified products are covered by this policy. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident, or the natural breakdown of products over time.

How Long This Warranty Lasts

For radio, this warranty lasts for one year, from the date of purchase.

For single and dual muff heavy duty headset, this warranty lasts for one year, from the date of purchase.

For accessories and other headsets, except the single and dual muff heavy duty headset, this warranty lasts for 6 months, from the date of purchase.

How to Get Warranty Services

You may seek resolution directly through the retailer where you purchased the product. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you. A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase may also be required. If you have any questions, please email to info@yapalong.com.
